Material System: Versico - VersiWeld 60 mil White TPO Reinforced Roofing Membrane
Multiple details, concrete wall coping, completely deteriorated, After TPO roof, tied Tbar into concrete/coping wall fixed water intrusion issue with Sealoflex roofing membrane. The base of the wood water tower was re-sided to help the integrity of the new roofing system.

Total roof tear off to existing metal deck. Removed existing skylights. Filled in skylight area with new steel decking. Installed new ISO insulation and mechanically attached 20 year TPO Versico roofing system. The roof replacement was completed while the owner continued production at their facility that is FDA approved with no interruption of business.

Material System: Mechanically Attached 20 Yr GAF 60 Mil White TPO
Remove roofing and all existing steel decking down to structural steel joist members. Installed new 22 gauge steel decking. Mechanically attached 2" ISO with an R-Value 12.10. Mechanically attached 60 Mil White GAF TPO Roofing system. Fabricate and install custom TPO metal scupper boxes. Fabricate and install new ES-1 metal edge system. During the roofing work, the facility which is a fabricator of pharmaceutical speciality equipment, we had personnel stationed inside at all times during the re-roofing work to clean and insure all safety measures.

Material System: Versico 60 Mil TPO
Foam set 1/2" HD ISO board. Installed fully adhered white TPO 60 mil roofing membrane, new edge metal detail, and all new drain inserts. Over freezer section of warehouse, we custom designed a tapered ISO insulation system of an R-Value of 30 and installed the TPO membrane in a fashion to eliminate vapor loss at the freezer.
